Spend a day in the heart of the Burren in beautiful Carron with herbalist Helen McCormack. Have a tour of her herbal garden and learn about the medicinal actions and applications of significant herbs. Next you can take part in a workshop looking at various preparation methods for these herbs, with a focus on skincare. If time and weather allows I will lead a herbal walk along one of the Burren’s Green roads where you can see the renowned flora of the Burren. Bring suitable raingear and walking shoes.
